These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at www.vacanzaromanarestaurant.com (the "Site"), operated by Dedier Family Company for Vacanza Romana ("Vacanza Romana," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
You may use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes — browsing our menu, hours, and information, contacting us, and making reservations. You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, to interfere with its operation, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or to scrape, copy, or republish its content without our permission.
We work hard to keep the Site accurate, but menus, dishes, ingredients, pricing, hours, and availability change — often seasonally, and sometimes daily. Information on the Site is provided for general reference and may not reflect current offerings. Nothing on the Site is an offer or a guarantee that a particular dish, price, or seating will be available. The menu and prices in the restaurant at the time of your visit control.
Please read this if you have a food allergy or dietary restriction. Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten, shellfish, eggs, soy, and other allergens, and cross-contact can occur. Any allergen, ingredient, or dietary information on the Site is provided in good faith but may not be complete or current, and should not be relied upon to make decisions about a serious allergy or medical condition. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please tell your server directly when you visit so we can do our best to accommodate you. We cannot guarantee that any dish is free of any particular allergen.
Reservations made through the Site are booked and managed by Resy, a third-party platform, and are subject to Resy's own terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these Terms. Any cancellation, no-show, deposit, or party-size policies applicable to your reservation are administered through Resy. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or operation of the Resy platform.
The Site and its contents — including the "Vacanza Romana" name, logo, menus, recipes, text, photography, graphics, and design — are owned by Dedier Family Company or its licensors and are protected by trademark, copyright, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission, except that you may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use.
The Site may link to third-party websites and services, such as Resy and our social media pages. We provide these links for convenience and do not control or endorse those sites. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site's terms.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in El Dorado County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above and post the revised Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept them.
