Vacanza Romana ("Vacanza Romana," "we," "us," or "our") is a restaurant located at 2023 Vine Street, El Dorado Hills, California, operated by Dedier Family Company. Reservation information. Reservations on our Site are handled by Resy, a third-party reservation platform. When you book a table, the reservation details you enter — such as your name, email, phone number, party size, date, and any special requests — are collected and processed by Resy under Resy's own privacy policy, not this one. We receive reservation details from Resy so we can prepare for your visit. We encourage you to review Resy's privacy policy at resy.com/privacy before booking.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, when you visit the Site our hosting provider and any analytics tools may automatically collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. This is used to keep the Site working and to understand, in aggregate, how it's used.
Cookies. The Site may use cookies — small files stored on your device — to make the Site function and to measure traffic. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Turning off cookies may affect how some parts of the Site work.
