At Vacanza Romana we host birthdays, rehearsal dinners, company dinners and the kind of family gatherings that end with everyone swapping seats and ordering one more bottle. You get our whole kitchen, a menu built with you, and a team that treats your guests like ours. We're in El Dorado Hills Town Center, five minutes from Folsom.

Per-person pricing comes with your quote, once we know your date and headcount.
Private events run on a food-and-beverage minimum rather than a room fee. The minimum depends on the day and the space, and a service charge and tax are added to the final bill. A deposit holds your date and applies to what you spend. Tell us your date and headcount and we'll send the minimum for that night.
We're about five minutes from Palladio and the Folsom city line, with free parking on arrival. More on coming from Folsom.
