At Vacanza Romana we host birthdays, rehearsal dinners, company dinners and the kind of family gatherings that end with everyone swapping seats and ordering one more bottle. You get our whole kitchen, a menu built with you, and a team that treats your guests like ours. We're in El Dorado Hills Town Center, five minutes from Folsom.
Every party has a feeling you're hoping for. Here are a few we know by heart.

Per-person pricing comes with your quote, once we know your date and headcount.
Here's what happens every year: the December Fridays and Saturdays disappear first, and the folks who waited end up celebrating on a Tuesday in January. (We'd still love to see you. We're just saying.)

It depends on the night and the format. A coursed dinner sets the room differently than a family-style party with platters going down the middle. Tell us your number and what you have in mind, and we'll make it work, or tell you honestly what would work better.
No room fee. Pricing depends on the night, the format and the menu you choose, and we'll lay it all out plainly in your quote.
For Fridays, Saturdays and December, six to eight weeks. Weeknights can often be arranged in a week or two.
As soon as you know your date. December goes first, especially Fridays and Saturdays, and weeknights give you the most room to choose.
Yes. Start from one of our set menus and we'll adjust for your group and any dietary needs.
Either. Family-style means platters passed down the table and everyone reaching across each other, the way dinner works in Rome. Coursed means each guest chooses ahead and plates arrive together. We'll help you pick what fits your crowd.

Yes. Rehearsal dinners are one of our most-requested private events.
