There's a reason so many birthdays end up at our table. The pasta's made by hand that morning, the room is warm and a little loud in the best way, and nobody's rushing you out the door. Tell us what you're celebrating when you book, and we'll handle the rest: a candle, a toast, and a table you won't want to leave. We're in El Dorado Hills Town Center, five minutes from Folsom.
For a birthday dinner for two, ask for one of our quieter tables and start with the burrata and a bottle of something sparkling. For a family birthday, let the table share: a round of supplì, two or three pastas passed around, and the bistecca alla fiorentina carved for everyone. Turning 40, 50 or 60? Bring everyone — for 7 or more guests we'll set a long table and build a menu with you.
If you're planning to ask the question, call us first. We'll help with timing, hold the right table, and keep the ring a secret until it isn't. For anniversaries, tell us the year and we'll make sure the evening feels like it.
